Christmas 2019
Dear Lebanon Valley Bible Church Family,
The words that Mary sang in her song of praise are amazing. When she learned that the Messiah was to be her son she sang; “For He who is mighty has done great things for me, And holy is His name“. These same words should also be on our lips and in our songs every day as we reflect on the faithfulness of God through Jesus our Savior.
The hope of our future rests in the faithfulness of God in our past. We have seen God do great things in our families, our church and our nation over the years and this renews confidence in what He will do in the days to come. Christmas is a time for reflection and for hope. It is a time when we make memories and when we remember what God has made. He has done great things for us and Holy is His name!
Our families are thankful to you as a church family for the privilege we have to be a part of LVBC and for the love that you constantly demonstrate to us in so many ways. Every year our ministries present unique challenges and also unending joy as we see God at work in the lives of his people. This past year we have been stretched and challenged in ways that we have never faced before and through these challenges God has proven continually to be true and faithful in every way. Thank you for encouraging us and praying for us and for our families as we continue to serve here in the ministry that God has called us to. As we look ahead to a new year we anticipate great things because we serve a great God!
