Open Class: Calling all Awana leaders, parents, or children not in T&T! To qualify in the Open Class Race, you must use the Awana car kit and adhere to the same weight restrictions. Car height and width will not be strictly enforced as long as the car does not interfere with cars in other lanes. Please see the Rules and Regulations packet for complete details. We will accept walk-in registrations the day of the event, but strongly encourage everyone please register ahead of time, as this helps us for planning purposes.
● Saturday, February 15 and February 29 from 9am-11am: Have you always wanted to participate in the Grand Prix but had no way of cutting the block of wood and making it into a car? Plan to attend one of our car workshops! One of our Awana leader’s, Russ Stellmach, is graciously opening up his workshop to assist! A parent must accompany the child the entire time and clubbers should come prepared in advance with a drawing or plans for what they want their car to look like. A painting station will also be available!
The workshop is located at: 114 Horseshoe Boulevard, Annville

Please note, this will NOT be an option to test out on race day. This will only be available on this date and time. We will also have the weighing scale available at this time.
